• Includes: adapter plate, bolts, and O-ring seal (includes a gasket to use in between adapter plate and intake if intake is ported and cannot use a factory o-ring)
• This part is used when adapting an LT5 Throttle Body to an LT1 Intake or LT4 supercharger
• Requires porting of your intake or supercharger to match the LT5 thottle body and adapter plate, to gain maximum horsepower
