• Works with LT5 THROTTLEBODYS ONLY
• Made in Wichita, KS for ADM Performance from aerospace grade, USA produced billet aluminum
• Includes: adapter plate, bolts, and O-ring seal
• This part may be required when adapting a LT4 supercharger to LT truck V8 engines
